Delete your account

This applies to every Trendzo app — shopping, retailer and delivery partner. You can start deletion yourself, on Android or iOS, without contacting support.

In the app

  1. Sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Review the retention notice and confirm deletion.

If your app does not show that option, use the email route below and we will action it for you.

What happens

Access is revoked immediately. Personal account details are anonymized and any catalog or media content is removed from active access. Records required for GST, invoices, orders, payouts, accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance are retained only for as long as the law requires.

Cannot access the app?

Email trendzodevelopment@gmail.com from the email address or with the mobile number registered on the account. We may verify ownership before acting.
